This returns a 256 byte string which is the translate table to convert from the normal ANSI character set used internally by SPFLite, to the external character set defined in the current Profile. e.g. EBCDIC
The thinBasic language has the appropriate functions to utilize this table.
Note: See also the Get_SOURCE2ANSI_Table$ function for the companion table to this one which will translate characters in the opposite direction.
