Operands:

Optional. The sub-table number for which the count is desired. If omitted, zero is assumed. Zero indicates all items in all sub-tables

Returns:

Returns the current number of stored numeric key/value pairs.


RC is always set to 0 and Msg$ will be "" (Null)
