Operands:

TABS-str

the new data string to replace the TABS line

Returns:

Both num-var and RC will be 0 and Msg$ will be "" (Null) for success.


If the TABS-str is invalid, the TABS line will be nulled and a RC=8 and appropriate error message returned.
