Returns the fully qualified name of the existing open file.
If the macro call is issued from a temporary session (CLIP, Set-Edit, (New), etc.) the path returned will be the name of the session (SetEdit, EFTEdit, etc)
The the RC will always be 0 and Msg$ will be "" (Null)
